It is investigated the task of an estimation of possibility of balancing of the business offers on creation of new industrial sites on regional level (administrative, geographical). It is created the mathematical model of this task and is developed the algorithm for its solving. The work was executed in 2011 in framework of cooperation with the "MАК Group Azerbaijan".
Analysis of industrial activity of "ShargI" Company were made and business-project on evolution of the company was developed in 2005.
